Traces ownership of a prime piece of Mission St. property from its beginnings, part of the 1850 preemption claim of about 55 acres of Isaac M. Thomé. Includes 2 sketch maps. The parcel extended from Mission St. to Jessie, between 10th and 11th Streets. A small typed description by the owner, affixed to the inside front cover, indicates that the last recorded owner is Thomas Doolan.
